Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by providing technical product education and leading from the floor. This role sits on the store leadership team and drives daily sales targets while offering input on hiring and team development.

Responsibilities include leading guest connections, maintaining store readiness, and coaching team members to deliver inclusive, high-caliber service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Address team performance and support ongoing learning with direct feedback and coaching.
• Create a respectful, inclusive team environment with supportive relationships and productive energy.
