lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to elevate the in-store guest journey by delivering technical product education and leading the floor team. As part of the store leadership, you will drive sales, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty to ensure a smooth, inclusive, and high-energy environment for customers and teammates.

• Assist in store hiring, onboarding and training processes.
• Ensure store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
