Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across all customer interactions. You will lead a team during your shift, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales laws.

The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to operate POS and gas consoles; flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience at all times.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor identification for alcohol/tobacco sales; ensure compliance.
• Support management in daily store operations and reporting.
