Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet Guests, and ensure service standards during assigned shifts. You will help run store operations, supervise associates in the absence of a manager, and adhere to company policies and laws, including alcohol and tobacco sales compliance.

This role requires strong customer service, attention to safety and accuracy at the POS, cash handling, stocking, and maintaining clean, organized conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service following The Hi Five Guest Experience across all interactions.
• Assist with store operations and guest assistance during shift leadership responsibilities.
• Operate the POS system and gas console accurately, handling transactions, cash, and coupons.
• Maintain stock levels, ensure product rotation and proper date checks.
• Monitor store safety, security, and cleanliness to meet company standards.
• Support management with reporting and other duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
