Job summary

The Fresh Market invites applications for a Guest Service Specialist who will serve as the store's front-end hospitality lead, guiding cash operations and guest flow with efficiency. You will model excellent service, merchandise front-end displays, and ensure audits are followed to leave every guest with a positive impression.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests and team members on products, services, and complete meal solutions.
• Direct guest flow and support cashiers to deliver frictionless checkout experiences.
• Uphold cash office procedures and controls, including cash, keys, and the safe.
• Lead the guest service team to maintain front-end sanitation and cleanliness.
• Support digital fulfillment orders with speed, accuracy, and brand standards.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach throughout the store.
• Assist in managing the department, inventories, and team to minimize product loss.
