The Fresh Market Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to serve as the store front-end point person for hospitality, guest flow, and cash operations. You will lead by example, maintain efficient front-end displays, and ensure cash office controls and audits are followed to deliver an exceptional guest impression.

The position emphasizes teamwork, strong service ethic, and operational standards as you drive a positive guest experience across the store.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Be a visible example of hospitality, educating guests and team members on products, services, and complete meal solutions.
• Manage frontend guest flow and efficiency by directing and supporting cashiers while ensuring backups are minimized.
• Execute and uphold cash office procedures and controls, including management of cash, keys, and the safe.
• Direct the guest service team, as scheduled to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and the guest restrooms.
• Support execution of digital fulfillment orders, ensuring speed, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach at the front-end and throughout the store.
• Assist in managing the department, inventories, and team for effective minimization of product loss.
