Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to be the front-end ambassador for hospitality, guest flow, and cash operations. You will lead by example, maintain front-end displays, and ensure cash office controls and audits are performed accurately to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible example of hospitality, educating guests and team members on products, services, and complete meal solutions.
• Manage frontend guest flow and efficiency by directing and supporting cashiers while ensuring backups are minimized.
• Execute and uphold cash office procedures and controls, including management of cash, keys, and the safe.
