Qualifications

• Experience supervising front desk staff and ensuring service standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Proficient in handling payments, deposits and guest accounts accurately.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and CRM tools for guest information.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly, professional welcome and provide information.
• Oversee front desk operations, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
• Handle check-in/out, verify cards, and balance house accounts securely.
• Respond to guest concerns, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain safety, security, and adherence to brand standards.
