Las Vegas Airport Travelodge is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the hotel front desk team and ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences for guests. You will supervise front desk staff, address guest concerns, coordinate with housekeep and maintenance, and uphold service standards across shifts to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced Las Vegas environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures.
• Excellent English proficiency; other languages a plus.

• Demonstrates genuine care for guests and staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• SYNXIS experience preferred.
