Job summary

Circa Las Vegas Hotel is seeking a Hotel Supervisor to oversee the daily coordination of the front of the house, including bellmen and front desk agents. You will ensure smooth check-ins/outs, assist with reservations, and provide outstanding guest service consistent with our standards.

You will work with multiple departments to resolve guest needs, maintain service standards, and support inventory management while modelling professional conduct and hospitality best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or 1+ year hospitality experience.
• Front desk experience is preferred with 2 years.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet.
• Strong communication with guests and teams.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for daily coordination of the front of the house, including bellmen and front desk agents.
• Provide outstanding guest service during check-in/out and when booking reservations.
• Attend to guest needs and resolve problems to maximize satisfaction.
• Assist as needed to ensure maximum inventory and service levels.
• Promote company service standards and cross-department communication.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
