• Must be able to work days, nights, overnights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Additional language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Front Office Associates to deliver a personalized arrival and departure experience.
• Schedule weekly labor to cover front office operations and manage payroll.
• Ensure cash handling and auditing procedures per finance.
• Collaborate with Bell, Concierge, Front Desk, and Attaché teams to follow policies.
• Drive guest satisfaction and revenue through rate, occupancy, and budget awareness.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate Front Office staff with annual reviews.
• Maintain guest history and a professional image for guests.
