Responsibilities include processing check-outs and payments, handling calls and emails, managing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping and management to ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience. Strong communication and hospitality focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate a computer, calculator, phone and other office equipment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and reservations.
• Process check-out, payments, and issue receipts.
• Answer calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed.
• Manage reservations and data entry in the system.
• Provide guest services, handle requests and resolve issues.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain front desk area.
• Monitor access and follow security procedures.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawer.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and management.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist guests when needed.
