Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and hospitality knowledge preferred.
• Basic accounting skills and familiarity with hospitality practices.
• Ability to remain calm and professional; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, check-in and verify reservations with friendly, professional service.
• Handle check-out procedures, process payments, and issue invoices or receipts.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to emails promptly.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and data entry in the system.
• Assist guests with requests and local recommendations; resolve concerns promptly.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Monitor access, issue visitor badges, and collaborate with security when needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile at shift end.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for smooth operations.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist guests and staff as required.
