Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails, directing inquiries to the right departments.
• Manage reservations and data entry in the system.
• Assist guests with requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Perform front desk administrative tasks and maintain organization.
• Monitor access and ensure security protocols.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile at shift end.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist guests during incidents.
