Island Hospitality Management, LLC. in Durham, NC seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service quality. You will lead a diverse team, plan daily activities, and coordinate with vendors and guests to maintain smooth, profitable operations.

The role may require flexible scheduling to meet hotel occupancy and business needs. Strong guest service focus and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
• Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
• Ensure all front desk staff know all components/features of our guest service guarantee and are trained to meet service standards
• Assist in creating and distributing the team member schedule in a timely manner
