The role also includes HR duties such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations, with a focus on training and maintaining high guest service. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations to meet guest expectations.

• Train staff in cash handling, inventories and receivables.
• Recommend local attractions and inform guests of services.
• Manage HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, evaluations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure clean rooms.
• Monitor bookings and communicate with guests when oversold.
