Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team and train Front Desk staff.
• Deliver excellent guest service with a proactive, caring approach.
• Maintain Concord brand standards and hotel procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly.
• Handle guest mail and messages per procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Take reservation requests efficiently.
• Answer switchboard with proper telephone etiquette.
• Block rooms and handle special requests.
• Monitor room availability and assist with yield management.
• Handle guest deposits per procedures.
• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Know emergency and security procedures.
• Maintain inventory for supplies and market items.
• Assist with month end tasks.
• Review pre-arrival dashboard and prepare billing for arrivals.
• Train Front Desk staff.
