Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a friendly Full-time Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold service quality standards. The role involves supervising a diverse staff, coordinating with vendors and guests, and guiding scheduling to meet occupancy needs.

Due to seasonal demand, the position may require flexible scheduling, including two Night Audit shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests.
• Process all payments according to hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for management.
• Ensure front desk staff are trained on service standards.
• Assist in creating and distributing team schedules.
