SPS North America is seeking a professional receptionist to be the first point of contact and brand ambassador. You’ll greet visitors, route calls, issue badges, and support mail, hospitality, and facilities to keep the office running smoothly.

You are energetic, polished, and capable of handling high-volume, high-profile interactions with exceptional English communication and a calm, proactive approach. This is a full-time on-site role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in reception, concierge, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet.
• Excellent English communication and professional appearance.
• Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using office equipment and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage the digital guest log, and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Route global calls and handle sensitive inquiries with discretion.
• Issue badges and manage access cards for security.
• Cross-trained in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support.
• Order catering and set up conference rooms.
• Keep reception, barista, and pantry areas clean and stocked.
