Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Client Services Associate to elevate the office experience through client-centric service and comprehensive administrative support. You will work with the Experience Team to manage facilities, reception, and hospitality, ensuring requests are fulfilled to client specifications while upholding a professional SPS image.

The role involves greeting clients, coordinating services, managing workspace readiness, and collecting feedback to continuously improve the client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's preferred in hospitality.
• Experience in a client-facing role in a corporate or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various software and systems.
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service or hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Act as central point of contact for clients; coordinate services and respond to requests.
• Manage mailroom, shipping, inventory, and office support functions.
• Prepare and maintain offices for new hires, moves, and visits; ensure checklists are followed.
• Provide client support for document scanning and reprographics.
• Solicit and analyze client feedback to improve service quality.
