SPS is seeking a Concierge Associate to be the initial point of contact for colleagues and guests at our client site. You will deliver a welcoming, professional experience in the reception area and support meeting room bookings, guest arrivals, and special requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2+ years preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to learn computer-based systems and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious arrival experiences for colleagues and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support visitor registration, meeting room bookings, and guest arrival with a tech-enabled approach.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional image at all times.
• Develop relationships with colleagues and proactively anticipate needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with Workplace Experience and other teams to ensure a one-team approach.
