You will manage visitor check-in, provide directions, and support meeting room bookings while maintaining a professional image and proactive service mindset.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work independently on site, with 1–2 years of related experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet colleagues and guests, delivering a warm, professional reception.
• Provide accurate information and assist with visitor registration and room bookings.
• Maintain a safe, clean reception area and manage directory lookups and directions.
• Support colleagues with inquiries and connect them to SPS services as needed.
• Build relationships and communicate with Workplace Experience to foster a 1-team culture.
