Job summary

TMC Hospitality in Nashville is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, assist guests, and ensure a seamless experience across arrivals, departures, and requests.

You will partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, and leadership to manage PMS records, room assignments, and guest satisfaction, while coaching a team of Front Desk Agents.

This role requires hospitality background, supervisory experience, and strong communication in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality front desk experience required.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with PMS / POS systems preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in / check-out processes.
• Resolve escalations and coordinates with Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Assign rooms and manage back-to-back bookings and moves.
• Monitor lobby cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Provide daily handovers and escalation logs to leadership.
