Qualifications

• Prior hospitality front desk experience required.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with PMS/POS systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to questions.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Provide local recommendations and concierge-style assistance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and leadership for seamless operations.
• Assist with room assignments and upgrade opportunities.
• Review arrivals, notes, and special requests daily.
• Process upgrades, extensions, early check-ins, and late check-outs; apply fees as needed.
• Balance folios and settle outstanding balances; manage cash handling.
• Spot-check notes for accuracy and ensure follow-up on escalations.
• Communicate across departments to maintain service consistency.
• Lead front desk team, train new agents, and support shift schedules.
