Job summary

MCR is seeking an AM Front Desk Agent at The Landing at Skyview 6 to deliver high-quality guest services, manage check-in/check-out, handle PBX operations, and coordinate mail and messages for guests in Fort Worth, TX.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and the ability to work a flexible weekday–weekend schedule with a focus on guest satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel front desk environment.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the check-in process.
• Input and retrieve information from the computer and PMS system.
• Confirm guest information, room assignment, and keys.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Assist guests with check-out and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions for satisfaction.
• Answer calls and manage messages and packages.
