Job summary

The MCR front desk team in Rogers, AR seeks a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and deliver hospitable service with a friendly demeanor. You will work 7a-3p and 3p-11p shifts, supporting guests with requests and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining rate knowledge, assisting guests with needs, managing mail during shifts, and contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming hotel environment for all guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing field preferred.
• Can-do attitude: positive, eager to learn.
• Follow guidelines: understand and follow procedures.
• Handle pace and pressure in busy environments.
• Listening and conflict resolution with guests and coworkers.
• Clear communication of information and ideas.
• Hospitality and guest service mindset.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Clock-in/Out discipline and punctuality for shifts.
• Take breaks in accordance with schedule.
• Ability to adapt to shift changes and call-outs as required.

Responsibilities

• The core mission of the Front Desk Agent is to ensure all guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, while addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient and hospitable manner.
• Check-in/Out Efficiency: All guests checked-in/out in a timely manner. All guests should be contacted after check-in to ensure their room is satisfactory and there is nothing else required to make their stay more comfortable.
• Rate Schedule: Up-to-date understanding of room rates, promotions.
• Incoming Mail: Receive and note all incoming mail as required per the daily shift checklist.
