Job summary

American Airlines – The Landing at Skyview 6 in Fort Worth is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to deliver quality guest services, including registration, check-out, and PBX operations. You will handle guest inquiries, assist with luggage, and provide local area information.

Requirements include US work eligibility, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work 10:30pm–7am, with weekend and holiday availability. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a clean valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work 10:30pm to 7am, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• One year minimum job-related experience in front desk or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the check-in process.
• Input and retrieve information from the PMS system.
• Confirm guest information and room assignment.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Assist guests with check-out and billing inquiries.
• Answer and manage phone calls in a timely manner.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions when needed.
• Assist with luggage and baggage handling.
