Job summary

MCR Hotels is seeking a Fitness Desk Receptionist for the second shift at The Landing at Skyview 6 in Fort Worth, TX. You will greet members and guests, process registrations and payments, and ensure a clean, safe fitness environment.

You’ll support member check-ins, answer inquiries, and assist with membership and facility operations while upholding hotel policies and delivering a first-class experience.

Qualifications

• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Weekday, weekend and holiday availability as per hotel needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and act as the first point of contact.
• Monitor gym entrance and enforce sign-in and guest policies.
• Assist with member check-ins, registrations and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the fitness center and locker rooms.
• Provide information about the facility and local area to guests.
• Complete shift-start and end checklists and report issues to management.
• Support with specials events and general fitness facility operations.
