Fairfield Inn & Suites Foley, AL is seeking a Front Desk / Guest Services Representative to warmly greet guests, process check-ins/outs, and handle reservations. You will verify payments in our property management system and coordinate arrivals with a friendly, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; friendly, detail-driven approach welcomed.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet, check in, and check out guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries with ease.
• Verify payments and guest information in the property system accurately.
• Prepare key packets and coordinate group arrivals.
• Address guest concerns to deliver five-star experiences.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Laundry to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain a sharp, organized, guest-ready front desk.
