Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, issue room keys, and process payments, while coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room availability.

You will respond to guest inquiries, build rapport, describe room features, and uphold health and quality standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Computer literacy
• Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
• Able to lift 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Monitor the knowledge of hotel operations and activities
• Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
• Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
• Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
