Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites Foley is seeking a friendly Front Desk / Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and answer guest inquiries with professionalism.

No hotel experience is required—hands-on training is provided. You must be able to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, staying organized and composed to deliver five-star service.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and customer service; hotel experience a plus, not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stamina to stand, walk, and stay on your feet through busy shifts.
• Sharp eye for detail and a cool head under pressure.
• Team-player attitude and quick-learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries with ease.
• Verify payments and guest information in the property management system.
• Prepare key packets and coordinate group arrivals.
• Solve problems on the spot and create five-star guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Laundry to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain a sharp, organized, guest-ready front desk.
