Qualifications

• Previous front desk experience preferred and customer-focused.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with computers and basic math skills.
• Ability to input/access information in the PMS and POS systems.
• Strong listening skills and a courteous approach to guests.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and verify registration information.
• Handle overbooked or walked guests and wake-up calls.
• Communicate guest information to departments and staff.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and group activities.
• Support Food & Beverage operations as needed.
