Job summary

McKibbon Front Desk Agent role available at our hotel, welcoming guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and handling smooth check-in/out processes.

You will maintain knowledge of hotel services, respond to guest needs, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure satisfaction. Strong computer skills and a hospitality mindset are essential, with prior hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a front desk agent or similar role preferred.
• Experience in hotel setting highly desired.
• Proficient with computers and basic math.
• Able to provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Maintain guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Know hotel features, hours, rates, packages, and events.
• Take wake-up calls and communicate guest information to other teams.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to resolve room status discrepancies.
• Support F&B operations as needed and train when required.
