Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a professional Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-ins, and handle inquiries with precision. You will stay calm under pressure, resolve issues, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.

The role requires prior hotel front desk experience, good computer and math skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor consistent with McKibbon’s Guiding Principles. Shifts vary by property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role.
• A high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Experience working at a hotel establishment is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins and verify registration information.
• Handle overbooked or walked guests.
• Respond to wake-up calls and guest requests.
• Communicate important guest information to relevant departments.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
