Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism.

You will maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, communicate guest needs to departments, and resolve issues while upholding McKibbon’s Guiding Principles. Flexible shifts ensure coverage and guest satisfaction across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel setting is highly desirable.
• Proficient with computers and basic math skills.
• Ability to input and access information in property management and POS systems.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, hours, rates, and promotions.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Communicate guest needs to relevant departments and document special requests.
• Handle overbooked or walked guests and record wake-up call requests as needed.
• Support Food & Beverage operations as required and adapt to shifts (early/late).
