Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Know hotel features, rates, packages, and arrivals/departures.
• Process check-ins and verify registration information.
• Handle overbooked or walked guests.
• Record wake-up call requests and communicate details.
• Support other departments with information as needed.
