Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and verify registration information.
• Maintain positive guest relations and respond to guest needs.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate guest information to relevant departments (special requests, deliveries).
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, and promotions.
• Support Food & Beverage operations as needed.
