Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Front Office Leader to oversee all Front Office operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will manage check-ins, assist guests throughout their stay, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service experiences.

The role requires leadership, staff coaching, and maintaining high grooming and uniform standards while meeting payroll and budget targets. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Front Office operations and maintain a high level of guest service.
• Assist guests at check-in and provide service throughout their stay.
• Ensure billing accuracy and smooth coordination with other hotel departments.
• Oversee staff, train and coach employees, and monitor service levels.
