Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas, while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented attitude toward guests and staff.

You will train and evaluate room cleaners, communicate status updates to Front Desk, handle lost and found items, and complete Daily Reports to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or similar experience.
• Housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with guests and staff as the liaison between guests and cleaners.
• Prepare inspection reports with the status of all rooms at the start of the shift.
• Evaluate room cleaners and take retraining actions to ensure high quality performance.
• Notify Front Desk of room status changes and guest requests for follow-up actions.
• Manage Lost & Found items, secure keys and office spaces, and file daily reports.
