Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a front-of-house team and elevate guest experiences at our West Hollywood property. You will oversee service etiquette, product knowledge, and staff training to ensure memorable dining.

You will partner with the General Manager on budgets, marketing plans, and revenue targets while maintaining cleanliness and smooth daily operations. A passion for hospitality and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance and coordination of food production.
• Develop a liquor and wine program and supervise procurement.
• Assist the General Manager in annual budgeting and financial objectives.
• Execute and improve the annual marketing plan to meet sales targets.
• Ensure cost controls, staffing efficiency and payroll management.
• Provide training and regular evaluations for management and staff.
• Maintain daily restaurant cleanliness and service area upkeep.
