Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Front Office leader to drive guest service excellence and smooth daily operations. You will assist guests at check-in, coordinate with other departments, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining a welcoming ambiance across shifts.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, training, and ensuring adherence to grooming and service standards in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• High School Diploma is preferred.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Front Office operations and maintain a high level of guest service.
• Assist guests at check-in and throughout their stay with courteous service.
• Ensure proper coordination with other hotel departments.
• Review arrivals/departures and special requests; manage billing accuracy.
• Schedule shifts and cover as needed to maintain operations.
• Enforce policy adherence, fire and emergency procedures, and key control.
• Coach and train staff; monitor service levels and grooming standards.
• Help meet payroll and expense budgets.
