lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor. The role is part of the store leadership team, driving performance through guest experience and achieving daily sales targets.

The position requires 1 year of retail or customer experience, with some leadership exposure. Schedule can vary; travel is not required for everyday operations, and benefits support a growing team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsabilités

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance from the team.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the business, team, and guest needs.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures and ensure in-store readiness.
• Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process and onboarding, training, and recommendations for hiring.
