Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Collaborates with leadership to create a welcoming environment and drive customer connection.
• Leadership + Team Management: Support store leadership in daily zones, training, and decision-making to enhance customer experience.
• Visual + Business Operations: Assist opening/closing, maintain store standards, restock, and support omni fulfillment and visual messaging.
• Communication + Relationships: Communicate feedback to Store Manager and contribute to positive team morale.
