Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Troy, MI is seeking a Key Holder to join the store leadership team. You will help supervise daily operations, set an energetic pace, and drive sales by creating genuine customer connections.

You will act as a brand representative, lead by example in service culture, support omni-channel shopping, assist with opening/closing, and help maintain visual standards while ensuring inventory accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values.
• Leads by example to uphold a service culture and drive genuine customer connections.
• Delivers omni-channel shopping experiences using MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up.
• Maintains a energized floor service environment and communicates daily sales goals.
• Shares product knowledge and brand messaging to customers.
• Prioritizes service over tasks and supports store management.
• Stays informed and participates in daily meetings and brand initiatives.
• Collaborates on shipment processing, restocking, and visual displays.
• Ensures safety, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policy.
