Job summary

Global Partners LP in the United States seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure store objectives are met through organized work processes guided by management.

You will coach employees, greet guests, enforce safety standards, manage POS cash, replenish stock, and respond to guest inquiries while maintaining clean, stocked conditions and continuous guest service programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform job duties per management instructions.
• Provide coaching to employees to help improve performance.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
