Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead for the Fashion Outlets of Chicago to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. The role leads inventory shifts, supports hiring decisions, and acts as Supervisor on Duty while delivering an exceptional guest experience on the floor.

The position requires about 1 year of relevant experience, comfort with data-driven decisions, and strong collaborative leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking or planning and logistics including business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Manage product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team during shifts to maintain organized BOH and floor.
• Monitor product levels and communicate with leadership on sell-through and availability.
• Review daily data to inform actions and guide store leadership.
