Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet the business, team, and guest needs.
• Prepare for in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily data and metrics to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to help team development.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
