lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience in Alexandria, VA to join our store leadership team. You will lead from the floor, coach team members, and ensure guests receive an outstanding experience aligned with our values.

You will support hiring, development, and performance management, while collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve store goals in an inclusive, energetic environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in business operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Create an inclusive team environment and celebrate differences.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and developing a diverse team.
• Address performance concerns and provide coaching and feedback.
• Drive exceptional guest experience on the floor and resolve guest issues.
