Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience in Alexandria, VA to lead floor teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on people development, inclusive leadership, and operational excellence within store leadership.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and manage merchandising, scheduling, and budgeted labor. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential to grow the team and the business.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• 1 year of people management experience
• 1 year of leadership experience in operations or store management
• Willingness to travel to assigned store as needed
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team members on the sales floor
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and address guest escalations
• Partner with managers on store performance data and planning
• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Open and close the store following procedures
• Manage budgets and labor hours within delegated scope
