Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive in-store performance by delivering technical product education and an inclusive guest experience. You will be part of the store leadership team, supervising on the floor and contributing to daily sales targets while shaping team development and store operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, brand education, and collaboration with teammates to maintain high guest satisfaction and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading or mentoring others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process and onboarding.
